To meeting our return and exchange policy. He/she can return or exchange the product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The customers should inform us about the product that they wish to return or exchange through visiting our website or through contacting us to start the return process. Refunds will only be processed after the products returned have been approved. Once the returns have been approved we will refund you as soon as possible. Items must be returned to us unused with all Dilllin tags and designer labels. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. Item returns will only be accepted if the items are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the items or their packaging, any product returned with scuffing, scratches, dents, or any type of damage and noticeable signs of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.

Damaged/Wrongly Orders

 If any product in your order is received damaged or it is not what you have ordered, then please arrange for a free return of the product to us. The Product must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 14 days of receipt for a full refund .including, where applicable, original Order delivery charges, taxes and any duties. sd


 You may contact us at any time before process your order to cancel it free of cost and issue you full refund. If you cancel order after processing then wait until you received the package. When you received the package, without removing any tags etc., return it to the given address. Or contact us Refund will be processed accordingly.
